Job Description

The caddie position at Equinox is unlike traditional caddie programs. Caddies will be pre-booked by golfers requesting caddie service for them or their group at least 24 hours in advance of the tee time. Caddies must carry-out appropriate caddie services while delivering a superior guest service experience to the golfer(s).

Job Qualifications

Caddie experience preferred, though not required. Must be able to lift one or two golf bags at a time and walk 18 holes of golf with that bag. A solid knowledge of the game of golf is needed to be considered for this position. Must be 13 years of age to apply for this job.

Job Responsibilities

Show up 45 minutes prior to the pre-arranged tee time. Clean all clubs prior to teeing off. Carry on appropriate conversations with the golfer(s) throughout the round of golf. Help with yardages to the green, raking bunkers, replacing divots, tending the flagstick. Must be comfortable holding conversations with adults - will need to talk about the history of the course and the hotel while performing caddie duties. Ensure the golfer(s) is always playing with clean equipment. Guest service is key for this position.

Salary

$8.06/hour plus gratuities
