From New York: Take RT 87 North to Exit 23. Take RT 787 North to RT 7 East to Troy, NY. Follow NY 7 East to RT 279 East, which bears left on RT 7. Follow RT 279 to the end and follow signs to Vermont's RT 7 North, toward Manchester. Take RT 7 North to Exit 3, then turn left onto RT 313. Take a right onto Historic Route 7A North. Drive 9.1 miles to The Equinox.

From Albany Airport: Take Route 87 North to RT 7 East. Follow NY 7 East to RT 279 East, which bears left onto RT 7. Follow RT 279 to the end, then follow signs to Vermont's Route 7 North. Follow RT 279 to the end, and then follow signs to Vermont's RT 7 North toward Manchester. Take RT 7 North to Exit 3, and turn left onto Route 313. Take a right onto Historic Route 7A North. Drive 9.1 miles to The Equinox.

From Brattleboro: Take RT 30 North to Historic Route 7A in Manchester. Turn left and proceed south, just over one mile, to The Equinox.

From Boston: Take RT 2 West to I-91 North. Take Exit 2 in Brattleboro, Route 30 North to Historic Route 7A in Manchester. Turn left and proceed south, just over one mile, to The Equinox.

From Montreal: Take New York RT 87 South to Exit 20. Follow RT 4 East to Rutland and RT 7 South. Then follow Historic Route 7A into Manchester.

From Portland, Maine: Take RT 95 South onto RT 101 West and RT 9 West in Keene, NH. Take RT 30 North in Brattleboro to Historic Route 7A in Manchester. Turn left and proceed south, just over one mile, to The Equinox.

From Hartford, Connecticut: Take RT 91 North to Exit 2 in Brattleboro. Take RT 30 North in Brattleboro to Historic Route 7A in Manchester. Turn left and proceed south, just over one mile, to The Equinox.
